My Craft Room Reveal!

Well, it is pretty much done... pretty much.
I could wait to post pictures until it is completely done but lets be honest that probably won't be for several more months. We are burnt out!
So, here is a reminder of the
BEFORE:
And some shots of the
DURING:

And finally the

AFTER:

We still have hardware to install and I need to finish organizing the peg board (which I LOVE) and add the trim to the bottom of the cabinets.
But, you get the idea. :)

So fun to see my vision come to life...
Makes my heart skip a beat!
(I post details and how-tos soon)

OK, I can't decide what i like best - the two separate work stations so you don't have to clear your sewing machine to go work at the other chair - or the big counter to spread out a huge project and leave it. LOVE it all!

LOVE the baby blue walls with all the vibrant accents in the room, especially the red frame! Beautiful!

This is GREAT! I adore the wrapping station you put together and have been thinking about adding something like that to my Mom-Cave-In-Progress. I need a close up of that beauty! Also love the big "k" on the wall - so striking and vibrant. Well done! Looks like a room that will get a lot of use!

Hey i LOVE it! I was wondering, what accessories did you use for the pegboard to hang the wrapping paper? could it also be used to hang ribbon?

also, are those just built-in cabinets from homedepot? i love them!

Hi,

I am a writer for iVillage.com. I'm working with craft bloggers on a slideshow for iVillage.com called "Craft Bloggers: 20 Creative Studios." It would be inspirational and fun for our readers to get a behind-the-scenes look at your work area/craft studio/desk. Would you be interested in contributing an picture of your workspace along with a brief description? I would be happy to credit you and link back to your blog from the slideshow. Here's what I would need from you:

A Photo of Your Craft Studio
We like to have images that are 1024 x 768 but at the smallest they can be 636 x 477. We need to avoid a watermark if possible.

Text
The following type of text:
A description of the workspace: blogger describes the workspace in 1 (brief) paragraph.
DIY or get it now: Is there an item in your workspace that keeps you organized or inspired? Tell readers where they can buy it or how they can make it at home.

I would need both the photo and text by Sunday, July 22nd.
Thanks and looking forward to hearing from you!
